At Auto Insights Pulse, we are committed to providing fast, accurate, and reliable digital vehicle and vessel history reports. Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our services, we maintain a strict refund and dispute policy as outlined below.


DELIVERY TIMELINE

All History Reports are delivered within 12 hours of successful purchase and submission of a valid VIN or HIN.


REFUND POLICY

Refund requests will only be considered if:

  • The request is made within 12 hours of purchase, and

  • The report has not yet been delivered.

Once the report has been delivered, or if more than 12 hours have passed since purchase, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Due to the digital nature of our reports, all completed and delivered sales are final and non-refundable.


NO DISPUTE POLICY

By proceeding with a purchase on Auto Insights Pulse.com, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to this Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after the report has been delivered will be formally contested.

We maintain detailed transaction records, delivery confirmations, IP logs, and communication timestamps. These records will be provided to the relevant financial institution or payment processor to resolve disputes in our favor.
